Before a project begins, we agree the features, the material you need to provide, how you will review the work and what the handover includes.
Account access, subscriptions and ongoing changes deserve a proper conversation. We identify the account owner, who handles renewals and what support the project needs.
We work with professionals and businesses across India, and welcome enquiries from overseas. Conversations are arranged at a mutually suitable time. There is no published round-the-clock support commitment.
